Interface training sessions are protected by a copyright, the Client commits not to copying the entire content or excerpts of the training material. It also includes the interdiction to copy any documents and/or methodologies that will be exchanged/transferred in the course of the contract. Trainees should be informed that they are individually tied by these obligations.

Any disclosed confidential information or slides or any copy thereof is made accessible only to such employees who have a need to know and who are bound by the obligations of confidence set out in this agreement, the receiving party shall not, without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, copy or reproduce any item or document supplied to the receiving party - being or containing in whole or in part in the confidential information or slides..

All confidential information and/or training material shall remain the exclusive property of the disclosing party as well as all patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark and other intellectual property rights therein. No license or conveyance of any such rights to the receiving party is granted or implied under this agreement. No commercial obligation on the part of either party is intended or undertaken.

In case of infringement of this copyright provision, Interface Europe may sue the client and/or any private or public entities and/or individuals who would have received confidential information or slides. The Court of Justice of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
